| Origin | Italy |
| Appellation | Emilia Romagna Doc |
| Grape varieties | Sangiovese grape (70%) Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (30%) |
| Tasting note | The colour is clear ruby red. The smell is complex, wide, intense and persistent, touches of vanila, a felling of ripe fruit and spicies. Good structure and reveals the features of the vine-stocks it is made from. |
| Food matching | Red meat, game, and especially with the traditional grilled duck's breast, lamb in scottiglia. |
